This year has been absolutely insane for Lazy Rich, just the fact that he released one of this summers best electro track ‘Better Wipe That Up (Original Mix)‘ alone, is enough to call it a day. But unlike his name, hard working Rich has been hitting the studio to give us another taste of his talent. Its new victim, “Blow Out” from upcoming Brazilian electro duo Felguk just got released a couple days ago and the energy contained in those six minutes is worth heading to beatport right now. DJ/Producer veteran, Myndset, known for his balance of mixing electro and progressive, has given ‘Aural Psynapse’ a lot more attitude in this remix. Taking the psychedelic melodies from the original one step further, and then adding a filthier stretched out bassline, he enhances the track tenfold. None of those really fit, so we made up a term. Metalstep. Which in this case describes this precisely put together track from Celldweller. Hailing from Rock City, Celldweller has been making tracks and remixes that carry influences of rock, metal, electronica, and dubstep. He’s a multifaceted artist who’s talent crosses borderlines left and right. Take this track for example. No, take it. It’s a free download. Ha – some ninja humor there. Anyways, this is a mashup of Metallica and Black Sabbath that’s got some perfectly crafted synths to match up with the mashup.
