I stumbled upon Cícero via the eclecticly-excellent mixtape titled “Is This Indie?”, a Brazilian tribute to the Strokes (which you can download for the price of 1 tweet, RECOMMENDED). Artist metaphor: think Seu Jorge and old Nelly Fertado (the folk version). Visual metaphor: a pleasant indie/folk sound, like an audible grin that’s just waiting for the sun to return with his post-Movember rainbow-stache. My advice to you, Cícero’s entire album is free via the link below, pick it up.
